Transcripts and DiplomasA
student may review their file in the office providing they have made an
appointment with the Administrator. After graduation or departure from the
school a transcript or duplicate diploma may be requested. The school
permanently maintains records of academic progress. Records of academic progress
will be furnished to the student upon request.

Diploma Duplicate $25.00
Transcription Duplicate $5.00 Academic Grading System:
Students are given both practical and theoretical tests and quizzes throughout each class. Through these methods, the teachers are able to review each student’s progress. The following is the grading scale used:

90% - 100%
pass
B
80% - 89%
pass
C
70% - 79%
pass
D
0% - 69%
fail All students are required to have the minimum
passing score of seventy percent (70%)
in each course to pass. An overall grade of “C” or above is required to
graduate. If the student
does not earn a passing grade, then they must speak to the instructor to re-do
that section to pass.
Graduation Requirements:
Students must complete all
hours required for each program. A passing grade of at least seventy percent (70%)
must be met in all required subjects. Students meeting the above requirements
will be awarded a diploma for their completed program. No diplomas or transcript
will be released to students owing a financial obligation to the school.
Students
are expected to complete one hundred percent (100%) of assignments, massage
school students maintain an ninety percent (90%) attendance, seventy percent
(70%) accuracy on coursework, and maintain the highest standards of appearance
(personal hygiene) as described in the Rules & Regulations. Distance Education Policy:
Distance education for the three hundred fifty (350) hour massage therapy
program requires two hundred (200) of on-site training (coursework). The
distance education composed of one hundred fifty (150) hours.
Distance education for the seven hundred fifty (750) hour massage therapy
program requires five hundred (500) of on-site training (coursework). The
distance education composed of two hundred fifty (250) hours.
Distance education for the one thousand two hundred (1200) hour massage therapy
program requires six hundred (600) of on-site training (coursework). The
distance education composed of six hundred (600) hours.
The requirement is the same for all programs. The total timeline is four (4) months to complete the distance portion of the program, two (2) months before the on-site training and two (2) months during the on site program. The refund policy starts at enrollment of the distance education.
The
student can come to the school at any point of the distance education. However,
they will need to complete everything by graduation date of the on-site
training. The point of contract to mail, email, or fax coursework/assignment is
to the school administrator for grading.
