Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should a student be withdrawn, cancel the enrollment agreement, or be expelled from the school, all refunds shall be made according to the schedule.  We will issued their money within thirty (30) days after the receipt of notification of the student’s withdrawal or thirty (30) days after the student’s last recorded date of physical attendance, whichever is earlier.

 

1.    If a student cancels the enrollment after three (3) business days of signing the enrollment contract, he/she shall be entitled to a refund of all monies paid to the school minus the registration fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).

 

2.    A “cooling off” period, which expires at the end of the student’s first scheduled day of attendance, and during which a student, upon submitting written notice to the institution, may cancel the enrollment contract and receive 100% tuition refund minus the application fees.

 

3.    The students’ rights under this agreement may not be assigned to any other person.

 

4.    If the school is permanently closed and no longer has offers instruction after a student enrolled, the student shall be entitled to a one hundred percent (100%) refund of all monies paid.

 

Once a student has begun the program and decides to withdraw, voluntarily or involuntarily, the refund will be based on their last day of physical attendance in accordance with the refund schedule below:

  • For a period of time after instruction has begun but before the second day of classes or the equivalent, the institution shall refund 100 percent of the tuition; after that

  • For a period of time after the first day of class but not more than 10 percent of the classes has elapsed, the institution shall refund at least 90 percent of the tuition; after that

  • For a period of time after which greater than 10 percent but not more than 20 percent of the classes has elapsed, the institution shall refund at least 80 percent of the tuition; after that

  • For a period of time after which greater than 20 percent but not more than 25 percent of the classes has elapsed, the institution shall refund at least 55 percent of the tuition; after that

  • For a period of time after which greater than 25 percent but not more than 50 percent of the classes has elapsed, the institution shall refund at least 30 percent of the tuition; after that

  • For a period of time after which greater than 50 percent of the classes has elapsed, the institution shall retain 100% of the tuition.

  • The institution may require the student to remain committed to the entire amount of the tuition

Distance Education Refund Policy

The percentage of elapsed classes for distance education is calculated by dividing the number of lessons completed by total number of lessons required.
